Warranty Terms & Conditions
1. CK Artisans (“the Company”) will provide 12 months carry-in warranty service to our customer, starting from invoice purchase date.
2. Customer is required to register warranty by filling online form within 14 days of purchase. Please refer to (https://www.ckartisans.com/aboutstore)
3. Original invoice from authorized dealer and CK Artisan label are required for repairing. Copy of invoice will not be accepted.
During the warranty period, the Company will repair the product free of charge, including labor & parts, if being tested malfunction by our technician.
Customer is responsible for the cost of carry-in or designated drop off point assigned. Warranty will be voided under the following circumstances:
- Physical damage and / or disassembly.
- System upgrade beyond factory’s recommendation including the use of 3rd party firmware.
- Negligence, use of power adaptor other than original and / or damages from natural disaster.
The Company shall provide chargeable warranty services beyond warranty period on a case by case basis.
