To protect customers' right and interest, you are strongly reminded not to unpack the product packaging by yourself after you have received the goods. All unpacking must be handled by the installation specialist.
If you must unpack the packaging yourself, please take a video when you unpack. The video must clearly show the product status and its appearance when you unpack. This is to confirm whether the product is intact and the appearance of product is good when it is unpacked.
If the product is unpacked by the customer, and the customer did not take any video to prove that the product was in good condition when it was unpacked, but later on found defects or declared the product to be damaged, no refund or return will be made and we will not provide any form of compensation.
