橋接功能
Thanks to the bridge function, the size of the cooking zone can be adapted to the needs. The cooking zones are used as usual for small and normal pots. In the case of larger pots or a roasting pan, the cooking zones one behind the other can be combined to form a large surface.

Induction
Many professional chefs go for this form of cold energy. Induction can be used more precisely than any other type of energy, it is extremely fast, it can be perfectly controlled and regulated, it saves energy and it is safe. The secret of induction cooking: the energy is only transmitted to the bottom of the pan. This direct power generation to the base of the frying pan guarantees extremely short heating times for food, as well as low energy consumption. And since the cooking zone itself does not heat up, no food can burn.

Pan detector
The element detection system not only detects in which cooking zone we place a casserole or frying pan, but it also detects its size and shape, so that only the area that matches the cooking element is heated.

Küppersbusch induction hobs allow you to increase the power level of certain cooking zones. This means that the required heat is available more quickly.

Stop-and-Go
The STOP-AND-GO function provides maximum security. With this button you won't be surprised when you need to answer the doorbell or phone, all you need to do is lightly press the STOP-AND-GO button and all activated cooking zones will be canceled. On your return, all you need to do is activate the function again to restart the process.
