Replacement of cabinets:
If the product is found to be faulty in cooling and humidification within 5 days of receipt (subject to assessment and retention of packaging), a new cabinet can be replaced free of charge. (The above mentioned problems such as human damage and small parts are not included)
Delivery service:
If the delivery address is directly accessible by lift, delivery can be arranged to your home
If the delivery address is not directly accessible by lift, an additional service charge will be applied for each floor (subject to availability). (Standard from approximately $300 per floor, depending on the size of the container)
Remote areas:
Discovery Bay, Lantau Island restricted area - additional quotation required for delivery
For outlying islands or Macau customers, delivery to Hong Kong regional terminals and cargo terminals can be arranged.
Warranty:
Within the standard warranty period
For small series of cabinets - customer contact or return to Kwai Chung for inspection or repair is required. (For on-site collection service, separate quotation is required)
Medium and large size cabinets and Signature Series cabinets - free on-site inspection and assessment will be arranged. If the problem is simple, we will repair it on the spot. If the problem is serious, we will take it away for free and send it back to the customer.
If the warranty period has expired, a standard inspection fee of $600-1200 will be charged (excluding parts). If repairs are required, a separate quotation will be issued to the customer and a discount will be given on the previously paid inspection fee.
