Free shipping includes all urban areas, with additional charges in the following cases:

1. Remote areas
Tung Chung / Ma Wan / Park Island $200 per product
Discovery Bay/Lantau Island $400 per product

2. Staircase handling
Small appliances $30-50 per 10 steps
Large Appliances $80-115 per 10 steps

3. The distance between the delivery address and the parking spot is too far (The delivery man must walk to the delivery address with the goods)

All induction hobs over 2800W cannot be used with 13A plugs. 3500W induction hobs must be wired directly into the wall using a 20A crank bracket.
