Installation date: 3-4 working days after confirming the order, installation department will contact the customer to confirm the date. We will try our very best to arrange delivery and installation service on the same day. But depend on circumstances installation service may also be provided on some other day.
If the customer chooses a product that needs Inspection Service, it will take about 3 working days to report the inspection results, and then we will make another appointment for the delivery or installation of the product.
Hot water heater installation service will be charged at an additional cost, which will be assessed by the installer according to the site environment.
